How it works

1. 1 Reserve
   5:00

   Reserved while you pay

   The fish you pick comes off the shelf for 5 minutes while you pay — nobody else can buy it. If you don’t finish, it goes back on the shelf.

2. 2 When

   When will I receive my fish?

   Order before 7:00 AM and it arrives Today, before 3:00 PM

   • Delivered today — order between midnight and 7:00 AM: the cyan window on the inner ring.
   • Delivered tomorrow — order any time from 7:00 AM: the rest of the inner ring, and the whole outer ring.
   • One day, two laps — the morning runs the inner ring; at noon the day steps out to the outer ring, like tree rings — earlier inside. At midnight the next day starts again on the inner ring. The 7 is the cut-off; the 3 is when your fish arrives.

   We’ll message you when it’s ready

   Same-day delivery closes at 7:00 AM.

   Please collect only after we message you. No delivery on Sundays or public holidays.
