How it works

1. 1 Flight

   When must I order?

   The rule

   Order at least 24 hours before take-off

   Your box is collected the day after you order, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and at least 3 hours before take-off.

   Enter your flight and the card tells you when to order. Seychelles time.

   Too short notice for this flight. Call the office on 2 555 666 and we’ll see what is still possible.

   • Order at least 24 hours before take-off. Your box is packed overnight and collected the next day, 10:00–17:00, never on a Sunday or public holiday.
   • Collect at least 3 hours before take-off. A morning flight means collecting the day before, so order a day earlier still.
2. 2 Fish

   Reserved while you pay

   Fresh or frozen, sold by the kilo, up to 20 kg per traveller. The fish you pick comes off the shelf for 5 minutes while you pay — nobody else can buy it. A whole fish over 6 kg can’t travel whole: take it as fillets or portions.

3. 3 Pack

   Your box grows with your order

   One insulated box with ice packs, sized to your fish. A second box only when the largest is full. Fresh and frozen never share a box.

4. 4 Collect & fly

   We’ll message you when it’s ready

   Your box goes out on the midday run — the time varies by shop, so wait for the message before you set off. Inspect your fish before we seal the box, and bring your passport details for the certificate.
