An Ocean Basket Travel Box packed with iced fish

How it works

Enter your flight

Just your departure date and time — that is all we need to start. You pick your collection shop at Review & Pay.

Choose your fish

Fresh or frozen, sold by the kilo.

Pay, then we pack it

Your box is charged by size (from SCR 80), plus the export service and health certificate at SCR 150 per order.

Collect before your flight

From the shop you chose, on the day the app confirmed when you ordered.

Held for 5 minutes

From the moment you choose your fish, nobody else can buy it — for 5 minutes. Have your flight details ready before you start.

Collection rules

24 hours before take-off

Your selected collection time must be at least 24 hours before take-off — that is what qualifies an order. Anything tighter cannot be booked online.

Collection is the next day

Boxes are packed overnight and collected from your chosen shop the following day, 10:00–17:00. Same-day Travel Boxes are not offered online — the 24-hour rule above has no exceptions.

Wait for the ready message

Your box goes out on the midday run. We message you the moment it reaches your shop — the time varies by location, so wait for that message before you set off.

Sundays and public holidays

If the day you order or the day you collect falls on a Sunday or a Seychelles public holiday, online ordering stops. Call the office on 2 555 666 and we’ll arrange it directly.

Let's go fishing

Good to know

Up to 20 kg of fish

Packed weight is shown separately from fish weight.

Insulated box with ice packs

Stays cold about 24 hours for fresh fish, 48 hours for frozen.

Collect from our four shops

Beau Vallon, STC Victoria, Plaisance or Providence — you choose which one when you order. Inspect your fish at the shop before the box is sealed.

Export service & certificate SCR 150

Arranged after you order — we add it to the box before you collect.

Check your airline’s rules

Baggage limits and what your destination lets in are the airline’s call, not ours. Confirm both before you fly.
